Flour Fried Chicken Recipe with Chili Sauce

Flour Fried Chicken Recipe Version 1:

  • 1 domestic chicken, cut into 8-10 parts
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 chicken egg whites, beaten in foamy oil for frying

Seasoning Flour, mix well:

  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

How to make Flour Fried Chicken:

  • Coat the chicken pieces with garlic, ginger, and salt until smooth. Let stand for 1 hour in order to sew. Drain until the water runs out.
  • Roll the chicken in the Seasoned Flour until smooth.
  • Dip in egg white then roll again in seasoned flour until smooth. Leave it for 30 minutes to let it dry a bit.
  • Heat plenty of oil over medium heat. Fry the floured chicken pieces until dry, and cooked.
  • Lift and drain. Serve warm with bottled chili sauce. For 6 people

Spice:

  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Layer:

  • 1 chicken egg, beaten
  • Seasoning Flour, mix well:
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to make:

  • Drain the chicken, toss with the spices and let sit for 30 minutes to absorb.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in the Seasoning Flour until smooth.
  • Dip in beaten egg then roll in Seasoned Flour until evenly coated.
  • Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Heat plenty of oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Fry the chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes until the water comes out. Reduce heat, fry again for 4 minutes until slightly dry.
  • Increase the heat to dry the outside, leave for 3 minutes. Lift and drain.
  • Serve warm with bottled chili sauce. For 6 people
