# How to determine the Nutritional Status of School Children

How do you know and determine a person's nutritional status? A person's nutritional status is closely related to one's nutritional adequacy. Nutrition adequacy can be determined by evaluating nutritional status.

Nutritional status is a measure of the condition of a person's body that can be seen from the food consumed and the use of nutrients in the body. (Almatsier, 2005).
