  • Reproduction: The process of formation of new individuals either married or not married.
  • Vegetative: How reproduction of living beings asexually (In the absence of fusion of male and female sex cells).
  • Generative: How to reproduction that occurs because of fusion of male and female sex cells (sperm and ova), both of which occurred inside or outside the body.
  • Ovipar: Animals that reproduce by laying eggs.
  • Vivipar: Animals that reproduce by means of give birth.

  • Yolk: The ultimate in eggs that contain fat, triglycerides, glucose, minerals and carotenoids.
  • Oviduct: Reproductive Tract of hens consisting of infundibulum, magnum, isthmus, uterus, and vagina.
  • Ovary: reproductive tool hen that produces ova.
  • Ovulation: Is a event discharge of ova (yolk) from the follicle after tearing on the stigma by the influence of LH hormones, ovum is released then be captured by the infundibulum.
  • Oviposition: Event release of an egg from the cloaca because of the influence of the hormone oxytocin.
  • Molting: Is the natural and irregularly collapse events of the fur. Forced molting is called molting force that aims to regulate the production of eggs.
  • Plumping: The absorption of water and minerals while starting the formation of a thin shell that occurred in the isthmus.
